Onsite and Public Parking
Important information about Parking. Parking is limited and parking spaces are tight.

Large vehicles such as Escalade Extended cabs or Larger trucks will need to consider public parking located close by.
Average to Full size Sedans and SUVs typically can park safely.
Free Designated Parking Space
Each unit includes one parking designated space. Please see your check in instructions for designated space number.
Need Extra Parking ?
Extra onsite parking may be available on a first come first serve basis and must be reserved in advance.
The cost is $15 per night per vehicle.
Please inquire at time of booking prior to your stay.

If extra parking is needed or if you are not comfortable with your designated parking space the nearest public parking for day and overnight is located on the corner of S 1st and Franklin. Google Map Link here.
(Directions from Brezza Parking - While leaving Brezza parking turn right onto S Harbor Dr then turn right onto Clinton then turn Left onto S 1st street and Go one block to Franklin Ave to nearest Public parking lot )

Public Overnight Parking is available. The cost is $5 per night. The closet overnight parking is located 2 blocks away by Tip a Few restaurant at the corner of S 1st and Franklin ave. The blue designated areas are recommended if you are parking over night. Click here for Google Map location
