The fastest way to book at BrezzaDiLago is to review the calendar for each room on the Rooms & Rates page and click "Book Airbnb" or "Book Vrbo".  You will be taken to AirBnb or Vrbo to complete your booking.

1)  How do I book a room at Brezza Di Lago?

Click on Rooms & Rates and review the Calendar for open days then click the "Book" Button.

 

2) Can I book using a smartphone?

Yes our site is smartphone friendly

 

3) What is your minimum Stay?

1 Night is the minium stay.  Ask for a discount for more than 2 nights.

 

4) How is the payment handled?

BrezzaDiLago uses AirBnb and Vrbo for booking.  Airbnb and Vrbo will charge you for the room and will handle the communication between you and BrezzaDiLago for payment.  Airbnb and Vrbo also have a very good smartphone app that will simplify booking at BrezzaDiLago as well as provide easy and fast communication during your stay.

 

5) Is there parking?

Yes one parking space is included.  It is assigned.

Extra parking can be requested and if available the charge is $15 per night.

 

6) Is there a coffee maker?

Yes the kitchen has a coffee maker and a full kitchen.

The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave.

 

7) Is it walking distance to the beach?

Yes the beach is accessible via a walk along boardwalk which is 3/4 of a mile away.

 

8) Is there a grill?

No.  Our assoication does not allow grills.

 

9) Are pets allowed?

No. No pets allowed.

 

10) What time is check-in / check-out?

Check-in is at 4pm.  Check-out is at 11am. Check in is very easy without having to meet with the host. We issue you electronic codes to access the unit anytime after your check in period.

 

11) How do I get access to the unit.  Is there someone onsite?

We are not a hotel. No-one is onsite at all times.  Upon booking you will receive instructions on how to get access to the unit via an electronic lock system assigned to you for your convenience.

 

12) Do you have a washer and dryer?

Yes the unit has a stacked washer and dryer at no cost.

 

13) Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes each unit has Wi-Fi included at no cost.

 

14) Do you have a TV?

All 3 rooms have wallmounted TVs.  Each TV has FREE Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Pandora and ROKU streaming.

ROKU offers dozens of channels with FREE content.
